Job Description
vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Analyse des clauses contractuelles pour sécuriser les intérêts de l\’entreprise, notamment en matière de durée, renouvellement, révision du loyer, charges, garanties et conditions de sortie ;
- Gestion des procédures liées aux renouvellements de bail et aux congés, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles et les parties prenantes ;
- Suivi des contentieux liés aux baux : impayés, litiges sur charges locatives, travaux, résiliation et expulsions ;
- Coordination avec les services internes (commerciaux, finance, exploitation) pour assurer la conformité et l\’optimisation juridique des portefeuilles locatifs ;
- Veille juridique continue sur les évolutions législatives et jurisprudentielles en matière de baux commerciaux et immobiliers ;
- Par ailleurs, vous avez quelques sujets en droit foncier, construction et droit de l\’environnement.
The Successful Applicant
Titulaire d\’un Bac + 5 minimum en droit immobilier, vous justifiez d\’une expérience d\’au moins 8 ans à un poste similaire.
Rigoureux, investi, autonome, vous êtes doté d\’un excellent relationnel.
