Responsibilities
- Gérer de manière autonome ou en équipe des dossiers en droit des contrats et droit des affaires, au sein du pôle Contrats de la holding et rattaché(e) à la Responsable Juridique.
- Accompagner les filiales et la Direction sur tous types de problématiques contractuelles; rédiger, analyser et négocier des contrats (clients, fournisseurs, prestataires, partenaires) en contexte national et international, couvrant les activités du groupe (communication, digital, événementiel…) ainsi que les achats.
- Suivre les appels d\\\’offres, notamment publics, de leur passation à leur exécution.
- Traiter les précontentieux et contentieux contractuels.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre des programmes de conformité (RGPD, loi Sapin II…), en lien avec la DPO et la Chief Compliance Officer; participer à la prévention des risques juridiques et à l\\\’optimisation des pratiques contractuelles du groupe.
- Participer à la rédaction d\\\’outils et procédures internes (notes juridiques, clauses types, guides pratiques…).
Qualifications
- Titulaire d\\\’un Bac +5 minimum en Droit; expérience d\\\’au moins 3 ans à un poste similaire.
- Anglais courant à l\\\’écrit et à l\\\’oral.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et solide expérience en droit des contrats.
- Doté d\\\’un excellent relationnel et orienté business; capacité à s\\\’adapter à des interlocuteurs différents et exigeants.
