  • Lead the ERP rollout and ensure seamless integration with existing systems

  • Maintain a secure, resilient, and scalable tech environment

What you\'ll bring:

  • Proven experience in IT operations, user support, and systems administration

  • Hands-on involvement in ERP projects - Oracle experience preferred

  • A background in a corporate setting or internal IT team

  • Strong communication skills - able to translate tech to non-technical colleagues

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working on-site and independently

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT management role within a family office, ERP partner (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365), or enterprise-level IT environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, virtualisation platforms (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware), networking, and endpoint security.

  • Good understanding of AI concepts, practical experience assessing or implementing AI/automation tools is highly desirable.
  • Solid grasp of audit readiness, IT governance, process controls, and data integrity principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong project management skills with end-to-end delivery experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSE, PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
