Job Description
- Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial agreements (e.g. licensing, SaaS, R&D, collaboration)
- Advising on IP strategy, brand protection, and commercialisation
- Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence
- Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, tech, and regulatory teams
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-2 years PQE
- Experience in commercial IP law, ideally from a City or international firm
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
