Job Description

  • Stock Management & Reconciliation: Conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and 3rd party logistics to ensure smooth stock movement and availability.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring inventory levels, identifying trends, and generating reports for key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce stock variances.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all inventory transactions align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • You must be available for an immediate start.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management (FMCG or manufacturing background preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
