Job Description

A Interim Recruitment Specialist to:
– Lead on the recruitment function transformation
– Review the overall recruitment function, such as reviewing how the organisation currently recruit, and provide new processes for recruitment
– Develop new ways of working with managers
– Review the existing recruitment process, including advertisement, JD\’s, interview questions, panels, candidate attraction through to diversity and inclusion, process improvement, technology utilisation
– Build relationships with the wider business and gain buy into new processes and ways of working
– Develop inclusive recruitment practices

The Successful Applicant

An Interim Recruitment Specialist with:
– Previous experience improving a recruitment function, including attraction methods and process improvements
– Ability to start within short notice
– Charity experience desirable
