Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role scoping through to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to attract suitable candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with organisational needs.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and facilitate offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update recruitment systems and reporting tools.
- Provide insights on recruitment trends and strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have:
- Experience in recruitment within professional services setting.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms β ideally Workday.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment and recruitment legislation.
- An ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns effectively.
- An immediate start is required, therefore you will need to be available in the next month to start.
