Job Description
- Managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence.
- Providing clear, consistent advice to managers on ER processes and employment law.
- Preparing documentation for hearings, investigations and outcomes.
- Supporting investigations and ensuring accurate note‑taking and follow‑up.
- Handling HR administration across the employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, changes, onboarding and exits).
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Acting as a hands‑on HR lead within a busy, operational hospitality environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level in ER‑heavy roles.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge with confidence managing complex and high‑volume ER matters.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort handling HR administration.
- Comfortable working five days onsite in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment.
- Calm, pragmatic and solutions‑focused, with the resilience to handle challenging situations.
- Available to start 18th February (or immediately around this date).
