Job Description
- Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases.
- Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities.
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals.
- Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles.
- Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
What's on Offer
- Competitive day rate c. £300-£350 via Umbrella company.
- 3-6 months initially.
- Potential to turn into permanent.
- Working hours between 9am-6pm.
