Job Description

  • Set up and implement all core HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Advise and support managers with complex employee relations cases.
  • Lead on performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation across all HR activities.
  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement and support organisational goals.
  • Provide HR support across multiple sites, building strong relationships with operational teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a similar HRBP or HR Manager role, ideally within logistics, FMCG, distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice HR principles.
  • Comfortable working in a greenfield HR environment and setting things up from scratch.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site setting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive day rate c. £300-£350 via Umbrella company.
  • 3-6 months initially.
  • Potential to turn into permanent.
  • Working hours between 9am-6pm.
  • PLEASE NOTE; this is a fully on-site role, there is no home working.
