Job Description
A Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change to:
– Lead change related activity including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonisation, overall improvements and align with ER policies
– Support managers with change proposals
– Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE
– Lead a newly created team
– Identify opportunities to provide HR Change across the organisation and process improvements
– Monitor and evaluate changes to the organisation, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risk
– Present analysis and recommendations, using data
– Develop and deliver the HR change management strategy, aligning to the overall organisation transformation activity
– Oversee the consultation process and develop consultation plans
– Review the current HR structure
– Support managers with coaching their teams through change
– Lead consultations with trade unions
– Work with the wider HR Team, to ensure training is designed and delivered accordingly
The Successful Applicant
A Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change with:
– Higher education or public sector experience essential
– Previous experience leading change programs
– Previous experience line managing teams
