About Our Client

A Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change to:
- Lead change related activity including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonisation, overall improvements and align with ER policies
- Support managers with change proposals
- Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE
- Lead a newly created team
- Identify opportunities to provide HR Change across the organisation and process improvements
- Monitor and evaluate changes to the organisation, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risk
- Present analysis and recommendations, using data
- Develop and deliver the HR change management strategy, aligning to the overall organisation transformation activity
- Oversee the consultation process and develop consultation plans
- Review the current HR structure
- Support managers with coaching their teams through change
- Lead consultations with trade unions
- Work with the wider HR Team, to ensure training is designed and delivered accordingly
