About Our Client

Higher Education London Based

A Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change to:

  • Lead change related activity including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE), harmonisation, overall improvements and align with ER policies
  • Support managers with change proposals
  • Lead a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE
  • Lead a newly created team
  • Identify opportunities to provide HR Change across the organisation and process improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate changes to the organisation, reviewing effectiveness and mitigating risk
  • Present analysis and recommendations, using data
  • Develop and deliver the HR change management strategy, aligning to the overall organisation transformation activity
  • Oversee the consultation process and develop consultation plans
  • Review the current HR structure
  • Support managers with coaching their teams through change
  • Lead consultations with trade unions
  • Work with the wider HR Team, to ensure training is designed and delivered accordingly
