Job Description

  • Be responsible for the overall HR function
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes
  • Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS
  • Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling
  • Support an organisation through a large transformation period
  • Modernise and transform the HR function
  • Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities
  • Looking at maintenance and system improvements
  • Strategic and hands on role
  • Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures
  • Lead change management activity including merger and TUPE processes
  • The role requires strong investigation into the data and high attention to detail

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable
  • Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience
  • Previous merger and TUPE experience desirable
  • Available to start within the next month
  • Strong technical hands on experience
