Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage budgets in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Review and improve financial processes and systems.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and risk assessments to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Interim Head of Finance should be:
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified
  • Strong on charity SORP
  • Experienced with X-ledger
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of financial compliance and regulations.
  • Experience in improving financial processes and systems.
  • Good communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
