Job Description
The key responsibilities within the role:
- Driving the business to meet growth ambitions by leading finance business partnering in operations and growth areas.
- Coaching and developing a team of business partners to embed best practice commercial finance business partnering.
- Leading the formulation of the 3-year financial plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.
- Owning reporting and giving insight into the financial performance of the business.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for this role will possess:
- A full and recognized accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong commercial business acumen evidenced by successfully driving growth agendas
- Experience of working in a cross-functional environment where decision-making processes are embryonic
- Trusted to advise and business partner with the peer group (leadership team) and above (Board and Executive)
- Experience in presenting historical and forward-looking financial analysis and information at Board level
What’s on Offer
An extremely competitive package is on offer. Salary between £90-100k (pro rata) depending on experience + a car allowance of £6,744.
This is hybrid working in Swindon with 3 days a week required on-site. Applicants should either be immediately available or available at very short notice.
