Job Description / Responsibilities
This interim position will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work, including:
- Drafting and advising on standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Supporting dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
- Providing construction input to the firm\’s property and corporate teams
- Engaging with clients across various sectors on project risk and contract management
- Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
- You\\\’ll be given the autonomy to manage your own matters while working closely with experienced colleagues across the firm.
