Job Description
- Advising on IP strategy, licensing, and commercialisation
- Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial contracts (e.g. licensing, R&D, collaboration, SaaS)
- Supporting M&A transactions with IP due diligence and risk assessment
- Providing strategic advice on brand protection, copyright, and trade secrets
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including corporate, litigation, and regulatory
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-5 years PQE
- Strong experience in commercial IP matters, ideally gained at a top-tier firm or in-house
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
