Job Description
As an Industrial Disease Claims Handler you will be dealing with a caseload of industrial disease matters, mainly NIHL and asbestos related work. Your duties will include:
- Review and assess industrial disease claims accurately and efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio of claims from initiation to resolution.
- Prepare and analyse legal documentation to support claims processing.
- Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolutions.
- Provide clear advice and updates to clients regarding their claims.
- Monitor and report on claims progress and outcomes.
- Ensure all case files are organised and up-to-date.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Industrial Disease Claims Handler should ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience dealing with industrial disease claims although our client will consider candidates who have experience of similar volume work such as EL/PL or motor injury claims.
