Job Description
- Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Points-Based Immigration System (e.g. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility)
- Assisting with Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, and compliance
- Supporting private client immigration matters for individuals and families
- Drafting legal correspondence, application forms, and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, the Home Office, and internal teams
- Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
The Successful Applicant
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in immigration law (ideally 3+ months in a legal or professional services setting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
