As P2P Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process, playing a pivotal role in driving structure, control and continuous improvement across the function. This is not a "steady state" role - it’s designed for someone who enjoys building, optimising and adding value in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business to ensure processes are robust, scalable and aligned with growth plans. From reviewing and enhancing controls, to improving systems, workflows and team capability, this role offers genuine scope to influence how the finance function operates as the business continues to expand.
