Job Description

This HR Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to hone your HR skills in a busy, people focussed environment.

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across all departments.
  • Manage end to end employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Manage recruitment activities, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Advise managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for staff development.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems accurately.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency.
  • Work closely with line managers to proactively support business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships both online and face to face with management teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Specialist should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.
  • CIPD level 5 or equivalent experience
  • Experience of managing a broad range of employee relations cases and providing HR advice.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Able to travel to other UK sites approximately once a week or bi-weekly.
