- Carry out high-quality hand lay and machine lay operations
- Build and manage your own team, including:
- Paver Drivers
- Screwmen
- Roller Drivers

The Successful Applicant
A successful Tarmac Foreman should have:
- SSSTS, Roller Ticket & Paver Ticket
- Proven experience as a Tarmac Foreman / Tarmac Supervisor / Lead Tarmac Supervisor
- Strong hand lay and machine lay surfacing skills

- Proactive and safety-focused approach
