Job Description
- The Head of Treasury will develop and implement treasury operations in a brand new environment
- Oversee cash flow management and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity, responsible for building a cash flow model
- Manage financial risks, including currency and interest rate exposures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead relationships with financial institutions and external stakeholders.
- Optimise capital structure and funding strategies alongside the PE owner
- Prepare and present treasury reports to senior management.
- Assess and implement treasury systems for the division to reach operational goals
- Supervise and develop a high-performing treasury team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Treasury should have:
- Proven expertise in a corporate treasury environment.
- Strong understanding of cash management, financial risk, and corporate finance.
- Strong ability to get involved and lead by example in treasury tasks
- Experience in leading and developing teams effectively.
- Ideally will have experience in a new build treasury environment and/or a PE backed business
- Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
