Job Description
- Lead and inspire a team of PSLs, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Drive innovation in legal content: blogs, newsletters, press releases, and digital campaigns
- Deliver engaging training to clients and colleagues on legal developments
- Champion technology and automation in precedent and knowledge systems
- Ensure lawyers are up to date with legislation, best practices, and market trends
- Support onboarding and induction of new joiners
- Collaborate across teams to enhance knowledge delivery and client service
The Successful Applicant
About You
- Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law (immigration experience a plus)
- Proven leadership experience in a PSL role or equivalent senior legal position
- Strong written communication skills and a flair for engaging legal content
- Commercially aware and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with legal tech and automation tools
- Approachable, collaborative, and proactive in driving change
