Job Description
- Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Design and implement robust financial models for forecasting and analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountancy qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Not For Profit sector or wanting to step into this sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
