Job Description

As the Head of Asset Management, you will be at the forefront of shaping our housing portfolio’s future, managing a team of nearly 30 dedicated professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and executing a strategic asset management plan
2. Optimizing property performance, maintenance, and refurbishment
3. Overseeing a substantial budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
4. Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
5. Collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring a positive resident experience
6. Championing sustainability and innovation in our housing portfolio

The Successful Applicant

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

1. Proven leadership experience in asset management, within the social housing sector
2. A strong understanding of the housing sector and associated regulations
3. Financial/commercial acumen and budget management expertise
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
