About Our Client:
Our client is a very reputable organisation based in West London, which is PE backed and growing rapidly through acquisition.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Lead the year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with statutory requirements.
- Manage the trial balance and group consolidations, ensuring integrity of financial data.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise, diving into detail where required.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3 finance staff, fostering strong performance and collaboration.
- Liaise with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth year-end delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Handle ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as required.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
