Job Description
The Corporate Managing Associate will pick up a range of work and responsibilities including:
- Advising a range of clients from AIM listed, FTSE 100 and 250 companies, investors and management teams.
- Leading on deals including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.
- Supporting Partners on deals.
- Helping mentor junior team members.
- Taking an active role in marketing.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Corporate Managing Associate should have:
- A strong academic background and likely to have around 7 years plus PQE.
- Solid experience in corporate law, particularly in handling complex transactions.
- Likely to already be working for a large regional, national or international law firm.
- Ties to Leeds.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
