About Our Client

A leading b-b business in London who are looking for an interim marketing manager for a new hire.

Job Description

1. Lead a talented team of Marketing and Design professionals in your team to ensure a high quality of delivery. At the heart of this, ensure we have the right talent and development pipeline.
2. Develop and deliver an integrated Marketing strategy and plan that supports and aligns our Group, Division and Product Lines behind a common outcome.
3. Use market intelligence to ensure a customer-focused approach.
4. Deliver compelling branding, design and collateral that drives forward our visual identity and quality of approach, with one eye to the future rebranding of the business.
5. Deliver new product development marketing launch plans in partnership with Product Managers and Division Marketing Team.
6. Own and optimise our Marketing technology.
7. Enable the Marketing function to be more effective and to make customer-focused decisions.

The Successful Applicant

1. Degree in marketing, business, or related preferred.
2. Extensive technical marketing experience commensurate of a leadership position (Essential).
3. Solid knowledge of integrated B2B marketing (B2C welcome), account based marketing, marketing technology ecosystems (Essential).
4. Experience delivering full campaign and lead lifecycle management through automated platforms.
5. A clear understanding of data compliance, GDPR and best practices for data governance, storage and processing and ability to build and develop processes accordingly.
6. Strong sense of ownership; excellent with project/time management.
7. Team player with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
8. High level of attention to detail is essential; must be metrics-driven and results-oriented.
