Job Description
The Grocery National Account Manager β Consumer Healthcare will be responsible for driving the continued growth of the Grocery channel, working towards achieving commercial objectives across all customers; driving the relationship forward, and capitalising on all commercial opportunities for increased distribution, growth and profit.
The role will report directly into the Sales Director, and work collaboratively with marketing, category, and finance functions to deliver the company\βs overall objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The Grocery National Account Manager β Consumer Healthcare will come with the following skills and experiences:
- Proven experience in an account management role within the FMCG, OTC, Pharma, Healthcare sectors
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and trends including Excel
- Competence in managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
- Solid understanding of the grocery sector and its dynamics
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player who enjoys being part of a close team
- Candidates will need to be in the Surrey office 3 days per week
What\βs on Offer
Circa Β£55,000 to Β£65,000 base depending on experience, plus a Β£6k car allowance, 15% annual bonus, PMI, 25 days leave + other standard benefits.
