About Our Client
The role is within a prominent institution in the public sector who are focused on driving economic growth and achieving Net Zero objectives in the UK. The organisation mobilises sector insights and investment expertise to unlock private finance for projects across the country, with a capital provision of nearly Β£30 billion.
This is a full time and permanent position that will be located in Leeds β you must be able to commit to at least 3 working days in the Leeds office.
Job Description
In brief, with full support, learning and development, the role will eventually enable you to:
- Support the development and evaluation of investment proposals.
- Assist in preparing financial models and conducting data analysis.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Perform market and industry research to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline banking processes.
- Monitor the performance of investment portfolios and provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational policies.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Banking & Investments department.
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered, a successful Graduate Analyst should have:
- A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in Sustainability and impact investing.
- A collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
- No more than 12 months of internship experience.
- Be available to work in Leeds for at least 3 days a week.
