Job Description
- Providing strategic legal advice on retail and private banking products, propositions and regulatory change
- Managing legal and regulatory risk across consumer banking activities
- Supporting product innovation while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Advising senior stakeholders on legal risk, governance and control matters
- Contributing to legal strategy, policy development and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
A successful In House Retail and Private Banking Lawyer should have:
