As a seasoned Associate / VP you will play a key role in executing fund finance transactions, with a focus on capital call and NAV facilities. You will lead the day-to-day management of transactions and contribute to client communications. This role is suited to someone with prior experience in fund finance who is looking to take on greater responsibility in execution and relationship management.
- Lead and support full deal execution cycles
- Manage transaction processes and lender communications
- Conduct financial modelling and transaction analysis

Candidates with exposure to capital call facilities, NAV facilities, GP‑led facilities, etc. is a must have for this role. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in fund finance or leveraged finance to support clients in achieving their financing goals - could also be a good fit for candidates coming from a fund or investment team, or potentially a capital markets team.
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for growth. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus). Confident in client‑facing roles and high‑pressure environments.
Very hands-on role given it’s a small team with high volume transactions. A collaborative environment. Competitive package depending on depth of experience. Hybrid role, 3-4 days in the office.
