Job Description
The successful Financial Analyst will:
- Prepare financial reports with analysis for senior stakeholders
- Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting within the company
- Provide insights into the P&L with explanations on deviation from budget, and identifying areas for improvement
- Drive the business forward by collaborating with local and international teams
- Address special issues including impairment, leases, M&A, and provisions
- Perform invoice and payment processing to ensure smooth cash flow, identifying areas to reduce costs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Analyst must have:
- Accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- A background in an SME Fashion/Retail brand over 5+ years
- Strong technical knowledge
- A proactive approach to their work, ability to adapt and show initiative from day 1
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Desire to progress in their career and add value
