Job Description
As Finance Manager, you\βll play a key role in strengthening the finance function as the business looks to modernise, improve processes, and prepare for future growth.
You\βll work closely with the Finance Director, supporting financial management and leading the finance team. This role offers clear progression, with the potential to step into a more senior position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full production of management accounts and financial reporting
- Daily cashflow management for the group β with a particular focus on proactive debtor management to support payroll and operational needs
- Managing, developing, and unifying an experienced finance team
- Leading improvements in reporting processes, automation, and system deficiencies
- Supporting the wider business with financial insight, cash management, and decision support

- You will be an active CIMA or ACCA studier or QBE
- Stable, consistent career background with a focus on ownership and seeing things through
