Job Description Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and investment transactions Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, ensuring high-quality client delivery and adherence to deadlines Analyse financial performance, working capital, cash flow and key business drivers to identify transaction risks and opportunities Prepare and review detailed due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders including private equity investors, lenders and corporates Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the deal lifecycle Support business development activities, including proposal writing, networking and contributing to winning new work Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and leadership Work closely with colleagues across tax, valuation, M
