Job Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, handling emails and phone calls professionally.
  • Maintain and update confidential records and filing systems efficiently.
  • Support the organisation of events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
  • Track and manage expense reports and budgets for the department.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Successful Applicant
