Job Description
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and organise documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Act as the first point of contact for correspondence, handling emails and phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and update confidential records and filing systems efficiently.
- Support the organisation of events, including logistics and attendee coordination.
- Track and manage expense reports and budgets for the department.
