Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Executive Assistant role are:

  • Provide high-level executive and personal support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Organise international and domestic travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodation
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Draft and manage email correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Support with personal errands, appointments, and ad hoc requests as needed
