A long‑established and rapidly growing FMCG/food ingredients business is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and build its marketing function. This role combines B2B technical marketing with an exciting opportunity to drive the launch of new B2C/e‑commerce consumer products. This is a standalone role with huge scope, ideal for someone ready to step up, own the full marketing mix, and help shape a future team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading all marketing activity across B2B, B2C and corporate channels.
- Create brochures, packaging, product content, trade materials and digital assets.
- Manage website updates, email campaigns and social media output.
- Support new consumer product launches, including branding and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Produce insight‑led marketing plans using strong research and data analysis.
- Partner with sales, technical and NPD teams to drive commercial growth.

The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for:
