Job Description
- Partner with directors and managers to deliver effective people solutions
- Provide coaching and guidance on people management and best practice
- Lead on employee relations cases including performance and conduct
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, and attendance processes end-to-end
- Support managers with sickness management and return-to-work processes
- Promote engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives and people projects
- Support HR systems development and process improvement initiatives
- Work with reward and insights to support gender pay reporting
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. People Advisor should have:
- Demonstrated expertise in human resources, preference within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong employee relations knowledge and hands-on case management skills
- Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience supporting change, projects, and process improvements
- Passionate about culture, engagement, and people development
