Job Description:

  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure financial best practices.
  • Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or similar).
  • Proven experience in a business partnering role.
  • Experience working for a Charity and managing Bids and Contracts (MOJ, Local Govt, Councils, National Lottery etc.).
  • Strong Excel Skills.
  • Experience managing a small team of up to 4 people.

  • Hourly rate between £400-£450 per day (Umbrella)
