The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy across on-trade, off-trade, and key accounts. You will build a winning sales team, build strong distributor and customer relationships, and play a key role in shaping the long-term commercial direction of the business.
A successful Sales Director - Drinks should have:
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within FMCG, drinks, or alcohol
- Strong understanding of UK on-trade and/or off-trade channels
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent people leader with experience building and motivating sales teams
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident negotiating at senior level
