The Interim Contracts Manager role will involve the following tasks:
- Draft, negotiate, revise and continually improve a wide variety of contracts, playbooks, documents, and legal instruments, including Master Services Agreements, Framework Agreements, Services Agreement, SaaS Agreements and various other agreements.
- Advise stakeholders on a wide range of contractual and commercial matters.
- Providing commercial advice to mitigate risk.
- Promote the legal team's processes, templates and policies across the business.
The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts.
- Experience of negotiating Technology contracts.
- Experience of working in an international organisation would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a contract position for 3-6 months. Hybrid working is available. Parking is available on site.
