3-6 month contract. Drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts.

The Interim Contracts Manager role will involve the following tasks:

  • Draft, negotiate, revise and continually improve a wide variety of contracts, playbooks, documents, and legal instruments, including Master Services Agreements, Framework Agreements, Services Agreement, SaaS Agreements and various other agreements.
  • Advise stakeholders on a wide range of contractual and commercial matters.
  • Providing commercial advice to mitigate risk.
  • Promote the legal team's processes, templates and policies across the business.

The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar role managing commercial contracts.
  • Experience of negotiating Technology contracts.
  • Experience of working in an international organisation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This is a contract position for 3-6 months. Hybrid working is available. Parking is available on site.
