Job Description

As Senior Industrial Relations Partner, you will:

  • Lead and support collective bargaining activity, including preparation and tactical input into national pay negotiations.
  • Act as a senior advisor on complex IR matters, guiding People teams and operational leaders.
  • Develop and embed best-practice IR frameworks, policies, and collective agreements.
  • Build robust IR data and reporting to enhance decision-making.
  • Design and deliver IR training to strengthen capability across the business.

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a senior industrial relations role within a multi-site, unionised environment.
  • Strong track record in pay negotiations and collective bargaining.
  • In-depth knowledge of IR legislation and ACAS Codes of Practice.
  • Desirable experience in IR training and a background in logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
