Job Description
As a Corporate Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in delivering globally significant transactions, including:
- Sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and entities owning real estate investments or development projects.
- Joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, and restructurings.
- Management agreements, promote arrangements, and incentive plans.
- High-profile transactions in hospitality, hotels, and private wealth sectors.
- Coordinating cross-border mandates and contributing to sector-focused initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with 2+ years PQE from a recognised transactional practice.
- Strong technical ability and drafting skills.
- Experience in corporate transactions involving real estate assets.
- Confidence to take principal associate roles on deals and supervise junior lawyers.
- Collaborative approach and interest in business development.
- Hospitality-related experience is a plus but not essential.
