Job Description:
- Lead and support domestic & cross-border M&A transactions (public and private).
- Advise on venture capital and private equity financings and growth-stage investments.
- Assist on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary fundraising.
- Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and manage deal processes.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to client development initiatives.
