Job Description

As an Energy Customer Care Advisor you will be working within the complaints department and will be handling escalations from start to finish resolving general, complex and regulatory body complaints.

You will be investigating each case ensuring the highest level of service is provided dealing with each complaint sensitively and towards agreements set and making sure compliance procedures are adhered to.

The role will be communicating with customers over the telephone, email and letter and will be working closely with other members of the business to come to the quickest resolution and to ensure the complaint isn\’t escalated further.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience of working within the Energy Sector

Complaints experience desirable but not essential

Able to work independently and as part of a team to manage own workload and case files

Excellent communication verbal and written

A good problem solver

Passionate about helping and supporting customers improving the experience
