Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the organisation.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a HR role in a Manufacturing and Production, FMCG or related environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to additional site in the Midlands twice a month.
