Job Description
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the organisation.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, including handling disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace practices.
- Provide guidance on performance management and staff development plans.

The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a HR role in a Manufacturing and Production, FMCG or related environment.
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to additional site in the Midlands twice a month.
