Job Description:
- Management of a small transactional finance team
- End-to-end payroll delivery for approximately 75-80 monthly employees, plus a small weekly payroll
- Oversight of finance operations, controls, and compliance
- Month-end and year-end support, including audit preparation
- Pension compliance and benefits administration
- Reviewing and improving finance and payroll processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
- Involvement with property and residential entities
