Job Description

  • Support the planning and delivery of in‑person examinations and assessments
  • Prepare exam materials, seating plans and attendance records
  • Coordinate invigilators and manage exam‑day logistics
  • Assist with admissions processing and application handling
  • Support marking processes and examination board preparation
  • Help deliver inductions, open days and student‑focused events
  • Provide administrative support for projects, seminars and fairs
  • Work collaboratively to enhance the overall student experience
