Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director.
- Manage and coordinate complex diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Organise and prepare for meetings, including agendas, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support with report preparation, presentations, and correspondence.
